Exchange & Visiting Students

There are three orientation components required for exchange students:

1. International Student Orientation (International Student & Scholar Services)

Thursday and Friday, March 28 & 29: All new exchange students are required to attend International Student Orientation (ISO) on the Eugene campus. There is no registration for ISO. Instead, exchange students must "check-in" on Thursday, January 4. The ISO schedule will be posted above and will also be emailed to students approximately one month before the start of the term.

2. Prevention Course (Dean of Students)

All new students, including exchange students, are required to complete the online Prevention Course. The Online Prevention Course has four modules: Alcohol-Wise, Cannabis-Wise, Consent & Respect, and Other Drugs. You will receive an email in your ‘uoregon.edu’ mailbox with information about the online prevention course and when it will be open to complete.  For more information about the Online Prevention Course, visit dos.uoregon.edu/prevention-course.

3. Get Explicit 101 (Dean of Students)
